Let's Train

Hello,

I HAVE CREATED THIS BLOG TO HELP GATHER ALL MULTI-SPORT ATHLETES IN THE GI FOR TRAINING SESSIONS. I WOULD LIKE FOR ALL TO POST THEIR TRAINING TIMES ON THIS BLOG AND WE CAN RESPOND TO THE TIMES. WITH ALL THE MULTI-SPORT ATHLETES IN THE GI WE SHOULD BE TRAINING TOGETHER. THIS WOULD NOT ONLY HELP MY TRAINING BUT CREATE SOME COMPETITION WITHIN THE TRAINING.
My Schedule this week July 21-26.
Tuesday: 430am YWCA - Bike 10-12mls. Run 3-4 mls outside or on Treadmill. Swim 30 min.
Wednesday: 430am Powerhouse Gym - Powerlifts & run
Thursday: 430am Jane Macon MS - Bike 10-12mls. Run track - sprints.
Friday: 430am Powerhouse Gym - Powerlifts & run
Saturday/Sunday: Swim at YWCA

Hugh - i've waited for a site like this for us TRI Junkies to meet up and brainstorm ideas for training. Thanks for stepping up and making this happen. YOU ROCK! Okay, it is my goal to try to strive towards getting up and meeting that early. Right now, I've only been able to get up at 5:30 on Mon Wed and Fridays to meet at Epworth for the Regimine Training Program that myself and another CPT put together.
