Training for a new season!

OK, 2008 is long gone. It was a productive season and it is time to think about 2009. Tax season is creeping up on me so training will be very mentally tough. I am ready for it! I have worked on a schedule that seems to be OK with my busy season.

January and 1/2 February

Monday - 430AM - 530 YWCA: Run
600AM - 645 YWCA: Swim


Tuesday - 430AM - 520 Bailey's: Push Pull workouts
530AM - Bridge Run

Wednesday - 430AM - 530 YWCA: Run
600AM - 645: Swim

Thursday - 430AM - 520 Bailey's: Push Pull workouts
530AM - Bridge Run

Friday - 430AM - 520 Bailey's: Push Pull workouts
530AM - Jane Macon Track: Run Drills and Calisthenics

I will also be doing some training on my bike and some lifts from home.

I will post my tax season training regimen in a later post.
